Our fiberglass garage door is as close as you can get to the warmth and beauty of wood, but without the warping, cracking or rotting of real wood.

Model 9800 comes with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation with an R-value* of 7.6, which can improve your home’s thermal efficiency, block street noise and make the door operate more quietly. This door also offers pinch-resistant panels and the TorqueMaster® Plus, our exclusive counterbalance system that safely contains springs inside a steel tube.

*Wayne Dalton uses a calculated door section R-value for our insulated doors.

Sonoma Panel Window Options 

 
Double car windows are named by the number of window panes in the door. Example: 12 Lite Square for a single car door becomes 24 Lite Square for a double car door. For arched windows on double car doors, you have the option of selecting a single arch or double arch.

Window patterns are shown for a typical single-car door. Spacing of windows may change depending on door size. Not all windows are available in all door sizes.

Optional Window Placement

Windows may be arranged vertically or horizontally. Up to 50% of the door can include windows. Windows placed in the bottom section of a door must use DSB 1/8”, or tempered, or insulated glass. Vertical window options can be placed as a special order.

Glass Options

*Obscure glass is not available on the Sonoma panels.

Decorative Hardware Kits

Hammered Knockers Lift Handles

Decorative hardware kits come with four hinges and two pull handles. Double car doors come with two sets of decorative hardware kits. Additional accent pieces are available to match or complement each collection. Pull handle fit in center stile is dependent upon design and size of door.
