Residential Garage Door Technician (Full-Time)
The Residential Garage Door Technicians are responsible for servicing, troubleshooting and repairing residential garage doors and openers for our clients in the Portland Metro area.
Responsibilities
- Repair, service and maintain residential garage doors quickly, efficiently and accurately
- Diagnose garage door issues and provide corrective solutions
- Install and repair garage door openers
- Deliver superior customer service
- Ability to lift/move items weighing 80-100 pounds
- Ability to bend, climb, reach, kneel, etc. for extended periods of time
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Exceptional work ethic
- A strong attendance record
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- A clean driving record (minimum of 3 years)
- A valid driver’s license
- Must pass a background check
- Great customer service
Education
High School or Equivalent (preferred)
Work Location
Headquartered in Tualatin, OR, but will travel locally for service calls

The Commercial Garage Door Technicians are responsible for installing, servicing, troubleshooting and repairing commercial garage doors and operators for our clients in the Portland Metro area.

- Diagnose garage door issues and provide corrective solutions
- Install and repair garage door operators
- Deliver superior customer service
- Ability to lift/move items weighing 80-100 pounds
- Ability to bend, climb, reach, kneel, etc. for extended periods of time
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Ability to go between commercial and residential while building up our commercial department
Experience & Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience repairing/servicing commercial garage doors and garage door operators (preferred)
- Exceptional work ethic
- A strong attendance record
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- A clean driving record (minimum of 3 years)
- A valid driver’s license (a company truck will be provided)

High School or Equivalent (preferred)
