I had ordered a garage door via Home Depot, and it was delivered by Marcus at Best Overhead Door. I had already scheduled a different company for the installation, however Marcus provided his contact info and said to let him know if we ran into any issues. As it turns out, the business I had hired was unable to complete the install and made a mess of things. So I called the number on Marcus' card, and he was able to come by and install everything quickly and correctly, and for a fair price to boot. We had an emergency, our garage door opener wasn’t working and our garage door was crooked and would not close and we were leaving town. We called Best Overhead Door for service, they came that same day (which happened to be near Christmas just to add to our emergency situation). They were sooo awesome they had a new garage door opener and installed it that same day and had our door back on track and safe for us to leave on our trip worry free. We definitely recommend them and we will be having them replacing our garage door soon as it needs to be replaced. Leroy came by timely between the expected hours and swiftly fixed the issue! Tip: if there is track bent issue, sometimes it can be pounded out(although no warranty on it) and it can work for you instead of replacing the entire thing. But that depends on the severity of the situation and it may be wise replace them altogether, of course. Also, have your remotes ready with new batteries unless you want to purchase new ones if you are having issues with the remote controllers. I was informed that they don’t work with existing remote issues, especially older models which can be difficult to find parts for. As a singe woman I appreciated Leroy’s pleasant demeanor and felt comfortable - no intimidating hard sell. Final pricing was fairly close to the pricing range I got over the phone.
